What does CirculeID do?
CirculeID is an enterprise Digital Product Passport platform. It gives physical products a verifiable digital identity that travels with them from raw material to end-of-life, built on GS1 Digital Link, EPCIS 2.0 and W3C Verifiable Credentials so the record satisfies EU regulation and stays portable between systems.

Where is CirculeID passport data stored?
Data residency is selectable per tenant, and EU-resident deployments keep passport records and their credentials within the EU. Our offices page lists where we operate and our security page documents the controls that apply, including how encryption keys are held and who can reach production.
What happens to our passports if we leave?
Passports are expressed in published standards, so they remain meaningful outside our platform. Identifiers follow GS1 Digital Link, events follow EPCIS 2.0 and claims follow W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0. Export produces the same documents another conforming resolver can serve, which is the practical test of whether a vendor has locked you in.
How do you handle a security disclosure?
Our security page carries the disclosure policy, the contact route and our response commitments. Reports are acknowledged and triaged before any public discussion, and customers affected by a confirmed issue are notified directly rather than through a status page alone.
